Camilla Dowse (b. 1968) lives and works in Henley-on-Thames.

Camilla uses a refined palette of soft colours to create quiet and contemplative urban landscapes. For many years Camilla has worked almost exclusively to commission both at home and abroad, including a triptych of Blackwell’s famous bookshop on Broad Street, Oxford, and a series of paintings of historic buildings found along the Freedom Trail in Boston, Massachusetts.

In 2014 Camilla was named Artist of the Year by Artists & Illustrators Magazine.
