Ron Kingswood incorporates his love of nature with a highly subjective approach, conjuring painterly brushwork and inventive compositions with his desire to convey the extraordinary power and beauty of colour.

 

Ron Kingswood (b.1959, Ontario, Canada) currently lives and works in Sparta, Ontario. He studied at H.B Beal in London, Ontario and received a degree in Bird Ecology and Ornithology at The University of Western Ontario. Kingswood has exhibited internationally at both private and public galleries, and his work is included in many public collections, including; The National Museum of Wildlife Art, Wyoming Ella Sharp Museum of Art, Michigan, USA; Foothills Art Center, Colorado, USA; Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum, Wisconsin, USA; London Museum, Ontario, Canada; The Virginia Museum of Fine Art, Virginia.
